If you would like to order a custom pen that is not on the website please do email us at sales@treasuredpens.co.uk and we will be happy to make it to order for you. This process will only take a few days (where materials are in stock, see note below)

Please note: All our pens are handmade to order, so if you need your order within a few days of ordering please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your needs. We aim to make every pen within 2 days of receiving your request (where availability of materials allows) During busy periods please allow 7-10 days for delivery. We are very committed to ensuring your order is fulfilled but during periods this may take longer than expected.
